From birthday parties, team building & corporate events, or just a girls night out, we have you covered. 

To book an In-studio private party event, there is a $150.00 non-refundable event fee, which secures your private booking. This fee is not a deposit. This fee gives our clients additional dates and times that are not on our standard open to the public calendar. It also gives our client private use of our studio. An invoice for the private event fee will be sent once a date and time for event is established. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation to secure your reservation.

Any rescheduled private event will be required to pay, in advance, a private event rebooking fee of $100.00.

In-studio private event guest admission is $59.99 plus tax per guest. Final balance can be paid in advance or day of class. You can elect to have guest register/pay individually via our website, using an event link we will assign to your event.

We will need a guest list, complete with shoe sizes 7-10 days prior to event. 

*Any Private Event still in process after 4 hours will be charged an Extended Event Fee ($100.00).​​

Bring the sneaker art experience to your home or office. No group is too big for Kicasso, however there's a minimum guest requirement of 10 participants for off-site events. To book an off-site private event, there is a $200.00 non-refundable event fee, which secures your private off-site booking. Cost is $59.99 per guest, if using our Kicasso brand canvas shoes. Ask about our other sneaker options. For an event booking with over 30 participants, there is a deposit of 35% of your guest total, which must be paid in advance. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Final balance must be paid prior to the event. 

*Additional Service Fee may apply for additional venue requirements, such as protective floor covering, etc.

*Off-site events must provide tables, chairs, source of power, running water and drain.

Pair your Kicasso sneaker art kit with our virtual class. Great for virtual team building activities. There is a $200.00 non-refundable event fee, which secures your virtual event date and time. One of our Kicasso team members will host your virtual class via zoom, giving introduction, and instructions. There is a virtual class guest minimum of 6 participants. 

*A shipping charge will be applied for sneaker art kit shipping.
